The InLine PCIe interface card allows the continued operation of existing devices with serial or parallel connection in compatible computer systems. It is suitable for serial controls, measurement systems, embedded hardware, POS systems and devices with parallel connection. This allows proven peripherals to be used even if a newer computer system does not directly provide the required connections. Two serial ports are available at the same time. The additional parallel connection extends the application possibilities for existing hardware. The different configuration options of serial communication facilitate adaptation to connected devices. Different operating modes of the parallel interface are also supported. Thanks to the PCIe connection, the interface card can be integrated into compatible computers. The included low-profile brackets also allow for use in appropriately designed compact housings. • Stable Serial Communication: The WCH CH382L controller supports 16C550, 16C552, 16C554 and 16C750 compatible UART functions as well as a FIFO buffer for transmit and receive data.
