Manually spread model railroad ballast on straight HO/OO track with an adjustable-height hopper and a printed shutoff gate. The compact 16.5 mm rail-riding tool uses a black PETG chassis and a color-specific PLA hopper. Set the height, slide the magnetic gate open to meter ballast through three outlet ports, then close it before lifting. Includes the spreader and adjustment hardware; ballast and track are not included. Designed for HO/OO 16.5 mm track. Track profiles and scenery conditions vary, so test on a short section before full-layout use.
- Adjustable working height: 6 mm of vertical travel lets the hopper sit closer to or farther above the ties for different ballast and track conditions.
- Controlled start and stop: a printed magnetic slide gate opens and closes three outlet ports so you can stop flow before lifting or crossing a turnout.
- Made for 16.5 mm model railroad track: rail-riding chassis is designed for HO/OO straight track; track profile and scenery clearance can vary, so test a short section first.
- Mixed-material construction: color PLA hopper with a black PETG chassis, tray, gate, and pressure bar for a practical hobby-bench tool.
- Complete adjustment hardware included: three 5 x 2 mm magnets, two M3 x 16 screws, two M3 nuts, one M3 x 25 knurled thumb screw, and one M3 washer. Ballast and track not included.
