The TM31 (formerly designated DKS32) is a high capacity heavy duty swash plate compressor engineered for medium to large buses, minibuses, coaches, and commercial shuttle vehicles.This compressor features a 2 groove belt pulley (158mm diameter) with a 12V electromagnetic clutch. The swash plate design utilizes 5 double-headed pistons (10 total cylinders) to achieve a displacement of 313 cm³ per revolution. Internal components are engineered to withstand high-pressure refrigerant cycling without leakage. The unit features an optimized lubrication system with a gear pump and includes an oil sight glass for convenient oil level inspection.The compressor operates with a clockwise direction of rotation (viewed from clutch) and a revolution range of 700 to 6000 rpm. The bore measures 36.0mm with a stroke of 30.7mm. The unit is pre-lubricated with PAG46 oil for immediate installation.
