However, Varunan takes a different route, revolving around the territorial battle between two business rivals in the local water can industry.

Set against the backdrop of North Chennai, Trauma revolves around the intense turf war between domestic water suppliers. The central conflict arises between two groups: one led by Ayyavu (Radharavi), assisted by Thillai (Dushyanth Jayaprakash) and Marudhu (Priyadarshan), and another by the scheming John (Charanraj), his wife Raani (Maheshwari), and her brother Dabba (Shankarnag Vijayan). The rivalry intensifies when illicit arrack is discovered hidden beneath the water cans, escalating petty disputes into violent confrontations filled with betrayals and power struggles.
Performance Highlights:
