The film has been promoted as India’s first space film. The film features Jayam Ravi, Aaron Aziz and Nivetha Pethuraj in the lead roles.
The Regional Censor Board in Chennai has cleared actor ‘Jayam’ Ravi’s upcoming film Tik Tik Tik with no cuts and a ‘U’ Certifiate which means that the film could be watched by audiences of all ages.
Tik Tik Tik, whose titles reminds audienes of a Kamal Haasan-Madhavi-Swapna-Radha starrer which released in the early eighties, brings together director Shakti Soundar Rajan and ‘Jayam’ Ravi for the second time after their 2016 hit film Mirudhan (a horror flick) which had the hugely popular Mirudha Mirudha song by Shreya Ghoshal.
Billed as India’s first science-fiction thriller set in space, the film has Nivedha Pethuraj pairing up opposite ‘Jayam’ Ravi for the first time. Singaporean actor Aaron Aziz, Jayaprakash, Ramesh Thilak, Vincent Asokan, Arjunan, Mansoor Ali Khan an Rethika Srinivas play prominent roles in the film which has music by D. Imman.
The film is schedule to hit the screens across the State next Friday (on Republic Day) i.e. on 26th January. ‘Jayam’ Ravi, who hasn’t been keeping good health for the past few days, is expected to be fit in time ahead of the film’s release to take part in the film’s promotional activities.
